Product Description

1. Wear-resistant sandblasting hose is a kind of material conveying pipe. Commonly black, sub-yellow or transparent, the outer rubber packing tape is mostly wrapped, and the steel wire between the inner and outer rubber is commonly used for negative pressure conditions.

2. Purpose: It is mainly used for the transportation of fluids containing solid particles such as particles, gravel, cement, quicksand, concrete, gypsum, etc.

3. Commonly used materials, the inner rubber and outer rubber of sandblasting pipes are usually made of wear-resistant materials, mostly NBR, SBR, etc., or there are imported hoses Use PARA rubber with better performance.

4. Common types, sandblasting pipes are generally divided into light-duty blasting pipes and heavy-duty blasting pipes according to the working conditions and the loss of material particles to the conveying medium. The spiral steel wire will make it suitable for negative pressure environment. Light-duty sandblasting pipes are usually used in environments such as ship sandblasting and quicksand operations. The common inner rubber is made of wear-resistant NBR (natural rubber) material, and the outer rubber is packaged with composite rubber.

5. Heavy-duty blasting pipe, used for equipment blasting gravel, fine pebbles, mud, etc.
